Turning Institutional Dialogue into Cross-Border Cooperation
SPECIAL SESSION — MED-ATLANTIC LEADERS ROUNDTABLE
Industries compete through companies - but regions advance through cooperation.
Building a meaningful Med-Atlantic textile and apparel ecosystem will require more than commercial relationships between buyers, suppliers and manufacturers. It will require sustained institutional cooperation among the associations, federations, chambers and industry bodies representing the sector across countries and continents.
This invitation-only Leaders Roundtable will bring together senior representatives of these organizations for a strategic dialogue on strengthening trade, investment, knowledge exchange and industrial cooperation across the Med-Atlantic region.
The objective is to move beyond networking toward practical collaboration - including joint trade initiatives, business missions, information and knowledge exchange, industry partnerships and mechanisms for continued institutional dialogue beyond the Summit.
Most importantly, the Roundtable will seek to build a shared institutional vision that can contribute directly to the priorities and commitments of the Casablanca Declaration 2026.
Because building a Med-Atlantic Corridor will require not only connected supply chains - but connected institutions with a shared purpose.
The original special session similarly envisages a closed-door dialogue on cross-border cooperation, joint trade missions, knowledge exchange and the development of a Med-Atlantic Textile Cooperation Platform.
